Eppendorf BioSpectrometers are suitable for UV/ Vis and fluorescence measurements. The compact spectrophotometers allow recording of absorbance spectra as well as taking individual wavelength measurements. It can handle a spectral range of 200 nm to 830 nm.

The BioSpectrometer kinetic allows tempering of the cuvette shaft from +20?C to +42?C. This ensures direct measurement of enzyme and substrate kinetics within the device itself.

The BioSpectrometer fluorescence has a built-in fluorescence unit. This allows the measuring range to be increased with the help of fluorescence dyes.
